So when Mrs Haldoupis's five-year-old daughter, Samara, showed an interest in ballet, she did not want to see her miss out. Belinda Haldoupis says she didn't want her daughter to miss out on ballet just because they live remotely. "This is my first time doing any regional ballet teaching, so it's just been such an amazing experience," she said.
Leinster Sports and Recreation Association president Marc Trenfield said it was important to provide recreational opportunities for the children of the town.
