You can lock down all the people some of the time, some of the people all the time, but you can't lock down all the people all the time The country has had enough of lock down,protect the vulnerable but let the rest get on with it by undertaking their own precautions (wash hands)

They should do two weeks lockdown in quarantine, then be sent down from covcampus and back home and then made to pay a £10,000 fine each
