Do we not needs doctors, nurses, solicitors, teachers etc. Why is everyone so harsh. These kids have studied hard to go to uni. Not to be locked up and have no lessons.

It's one big 'Open University' now

That infections would be brought into Universities and Schools was as plain as light. Schools have started because children are not dying of Covid and the risk for anybody under 50 is tiny. Students were brought back for the rent and the fees.

Didn't any of these intelligent people realise this could happen? Maybe they're not really smart enough for uni! Maybe deferring for a year would have been a smart move! idiots

Students have a roof over their heads, food in their bellies and clean clothes to wear. They are being mildly INCONVENIENCED. Perhaps they should try university in Yemen?
