The carbon monoxide was believed to have seeped into their vehicle due to a faulty air conditioning system, killing three of the college students who had gone out for an outing while awaiting graduation. "The car was not parked there for long. There were many cars there at that time and everything looked normal. The workers did not notice anything amiss," he said on Friday .It was understood that they were on their way home to Sungai Petani and Gurun in Kedah state, when they stopped to eat and rest inside their vehicle. Her twin sister, Nor Adilah, died on Thursday while receiving treatment in the intensive care unit of a military hospital in Lumut, Perak.
