Absolutely. 60% of curriculum is bollocks. I taught for 42 years. Kids don't need to be in school all that much till about 13.

The lockdown restrictions appeared to have incredibly notched up Britons' preference for home education or home schooling across England and Wales, especially now that the country is still in the middle of the pandemic. I've read up Chiromo and Frearson's adventurous experiences.

What about the other skills a good school develops? Social skills? Diversity awareness? Teamwork, sharing & co-operation? Resilience? Empathy? Emotional intelligence? And what about sports? Home schooled kids could miss out on quite a lot of valuable learning & experience.

Schooling should be completely optional, non-age-streamed and subject (!) to each child's wishes, or not, to study something.

Let me correct the title for you 'the rich parents sticking with home schooling beyond lockdown', or 'the parents, who can afford staying at home, sticking with gone schooling beyond lockdown'!
