Year 12 students will have to bring their own pens to sign each other's yearbooks or T-shirts as they farewell their final year, but NSW Health has confirmed formals and graduations can be held

, but it comes with caveats: dancefloors must be outdoors or in well-ventilated areas, and students should pick their partners wisely.Students can only dance with partners who are from the school, the same local community, or who have an established relationship with the group and normally socialise with the student cohort. There must also be room for 1.5 metres of social distancing.

NSW Education Minister Sarah Mitchell said she was thrilled students could enjoy the end of year celebrations from November 12. "Our students have done a fantastic job this year staying focused and working towards their final exams."

'Bring your own pens' This is OCD overload! Talk about controlling behaviour!

Lol, you go to your local pub, club or whatever, where they require you to COVID sign in, and there's one pen sitting there for everyone. What a joke.

This is fine, I'm sure. '...dancefloors must be outdoors or in well-ventilated areas, and students should pick their partners wisely.'
