They offered to help by calling an ambulance but she only managed to say 'I can't' before collapsing Pulmonary embolism is a clot on the lung , that causes sudden death. A fracture of the hand , foot , or leg can cause this to happen. If you had Covid as well , difficult to record the cause of death. Regardless, the loss of life is sad. This is so sad
