charter schools end up defunding public schools. Monies that should be improving and enriching curriculum and staff at public schools is siphoned off to fund charter schools.

Charter schools are horrible to black and brown communities, they take money directly from already underfunded public schools and provide the most profitable classroom experience possible, no support staff no counselors.
