Concerned teacher seeks help to find spare gadgets, internet load for students

“Siya po ay nalockdown sa kanilang probinsya sa Marinduque. Nagawan na po natin ng paraan yung smartphone, pagpapakabit ng internet connection at tulong para sa nasalantang pananim nila,” he said.

Another one of his students in Batangas is also in need of money for the internet. The student is working as a delivery boy to help fund his education as well as bring food for his family, Modesto said. He said the remaining donations would be allocated for funding of gadgets and other educational needs of other poor students.

“Sobrang sakit. Ito lang po ang tanging magagawa ko po dahil mababa rin naman po ang sahod ng mga kagaya kong guro,” Modesto said.ADVERTISEMENT
