'Too much being taught': Tehan says national curriculum is overcrowdedThe Education Minister foreshadowed a push to strip back the nationwide learning program as soon as next year. Nothing has changed since it's inception, too rigid and does not allow free think. Too many fall between the cracks. A lot of what is taught is based on lies and so on and on the perceptions fester, generation after generation. I am thinking sustainability is high on the list of subjects to cut, after last week's protests. Now we're on tenterhooks. Maths & science to be replaced by sexual debauchery & global warming? Shakespeare to be replaced by feminist theory & intersectionalism? All sport to be replaced by 'who can pretend to be most offended by this word'?
