Falwell has been involved in multiple scandals since taking over as president of the school founded by his father, Jerry Falwell Sr., in 2007, and was put on “indefinite leave” on August 7 for sharing a picture of himself on social media with his pants unzipped and his arm around a woman that many deemed inappropriate.
