At 70,000 a year for tuition, NYU should deliver prime rib and lobster, except that it, like most universities, has too much administrative weight. NYU, get rid of the Office of Global Inclusion, Diversity, and Strategic Innovation and other similar waste and feed your students.

Er, did anyone read the article? The issue is: delivered food was not what was on menu. This pose health issues for those with dietary constraints and allergies. The caterer mess up! Dun see anything wrong that the students are complaining
