KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here today ordered a teenager who was charged with the murder of 23 people in a fire at Pusat Tahfiz Darul Quran Ittifaqiyah here almost three years ago to be detained at the pleasure of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong after finding him guilty of the offence. Judge Azman Abdullah meted out the sentence on the teenager, who is now 19 years old, after finding that the defence had failed to raise reasonable doubt on the 23 murder charges.Subscribe to our newsletter and get news delivered to your mailbox.
