PETALING JAYA: Prof Dr Mohd Roslan Sulaiman is Universiti Putra Malaysia’s (UPM) new vice-chancellor, effective Sept 1.

PETALING JAYA: Prof Dr Mohd Roslan Sulaiman is Universiti Putra Malaysia’s new vice-chancellor, effective Sept 1.Prof Mohd Roslan, 51, has been carrying out his duties since July 1 and will take over from former vice-chancellor Prof Datuk Dr Aini Ideris.

“He has extensive experience in managing student affairs, as well as ensuring the implementation of various programmes aimed at strengthening the culture of volunteerism, leadership and students’ soft skills, ” said Higher Education Minister Datuk Dr Noraini Ahmad in a statement on Monday .
