A majority of students and teachers in New York City’s public school system will return to in-person teaching in September, Mayor Bill de Blasio said

According to city officials, about 74% of students and 85% of teachers will go back to classrooms while the rest will learn and teach from home, as part of a hybrid of optional in-person classes and remote learning designed to help control and stave off the infection rate for the new coronavirus.

We have to hope the schools can work normally from now.

you are not forced to wear a mask, you are not forced to go school. you have the option. schools need to open & remain open. What if the inability to return to school forces a parent to lose their job/insurance? That’s a REAL health crisis.
