The proportion of black British school leavers going to university in England has fallen for the first time in a decade, just as the government prepares to limit the courses available for young people wanting to study in higher education.
Just froth - firstly figures also include disadvantaged whites - then it admits its fallen by only 1% - then it says ‘only 5% blacks go to high tariff uni compared to 10% of all students which seems a very high proportion. Too much racially polarised reporting.
