These decisions show the importance of Sarawak’s autonomy over education, says its Assistant Education Minister Annuar Rapaee.

Sarawak will continue with the Teaching and Learning of Science and Mathematics in English programme, Sarawak Assistant Minister for Education, Science and Technological Research Annuar Rapaee said today.

The state also stands by its decision to recognise the Unified Examination Certificate , he said, adding that these decisions show the importance of Sarawak’s autonomy over education...
