MORE YOU WANT MORE OFF TO CHILD SERVICES WITH YOU sounds like the guy serving the food in oliver twist to be honest all school food should be free e.g. hot meal a drink (maybe not fizzy but some sort of flavour) a desert (heck my daughter primary school does free breakfasts)

Child protection shouldn't be allowed to be used as a weapon by other depts just to make you do what they want
