Ah, the verdant, sloping hills of the Lake District. As much a part of British sensibilities as the Brontë sisters and afternoon tea, it feels fitting that one of its many beauty spots should be immortalised on acover. The work of Craig McDean, whose fashion photography regularly features in the pages of the magazine, the image is one in a series of 14 special landscape covers for the August 2020 issue, which celebrates the theme of “reset”.
