Wang alleges that Browning never identified herself as an RCMP officer and kicked her on the floor and stepped on her arm while she was semiconscious. Browning was initially unable to access the residence and made multiple attempts to contact Wang by the intercom system. Browning was permitted access to the building by another resident, according to the statement.
At all times, they contend she was “combative and possibly in possession of a further weapon” and that Browning believed paramedics would not attend until a combative patient is secured by police.
I can’t believe that the officer was not fired! Clearly the video shows the officer out of control. I am furious about this. This is why we still hide our anxiety attacks. The police will be my last resort. Take yourself a to the hospital folks!

CBC had the video on the news this morning.....it is awful! That officer is not worthy of the uniform or of the title constable, perhaps a different designation beginning with C!
Hope she gets Millions! What was done to her was unnecessary. Everything that officer did was wrong from the moment she went alone to a 'wellness' check to dragging the woman down hallways and stairs to putting her foot on the woman's head. Classic case of poor police training.
