annelongfield Schools can solve this; just give us a chance. Allow part time -I can get all my children back. Give me the money for more staff-I can get all of them in full time. No need for village hall for me but every school is different. Free up curriculum too. annelongfield

What, as well as the basic right to associate, the basic right to remain silent, the basic right to family life, the basic right to freedom of speech, the right to a fair trial, the right to be free from torture- Hang-on a minute- that's Boris' closest ally, right? Yeah. Right.

The last thing unprivileged children need is an army of untrained, unvetted volunteers trying to teach them during the summer! Safeguarding would be at risk, the children wouldn’t learn anything and I doubt their parents would send them anyway. Far better to provide free tablets.

This far right, fascist Government has no interest in education, it is interested solely in indoctrination. This is the reason that so many academies are run by Tory donors.

After all the school unions said, NO? They would like to focus more on their activism? LOL.

That's why you shouldn't rely on the state for an education. Socialism sucks, it's half arsed and there's no incentive to do a good job

Oh ohw.

BuT itS sAfe to Go to ThE beAch, or BLM pRoteSTs. School, DANGEROUS!

Big 'Win' for teachers unions pushing back the return.

Many of them are getting a far better education at home than what they were within the classroom before the pandemic anyway. Gosh with inclusion policies teachers are often left dealing with out of control children and are unable to teach during several outbursts daily.

The PM is risking the basic right to have a sensible PM!

Well he’s living proof you can be thick and get a top job.
