Jerry Falwell Jr. Apologizes For Blackface ‘Joke’ After Staff, Alumni Revolt

Liberty University President Jerry Falwell Jr. has apologized for making a racist joke on Twitter last month.

Along with apologizing on Monday, Falwell deleted the May tweet. However, it was preserved in screenshots:

Don't accept that fake apology!

I guess this is the same principle behind defund the police. Pull back funds and behavioral changes will be made.

He keeps getting a pass. It's time for him to sink.

Why does anybody pay attention to this clown?

Has anyone released the video of his wife banging the pool guy?

I knew there was a rational explanation for his apology. The people made him do it..

Jerry ends up as the butt of the joke, again.
