It skips the first part. If we are going to give a history lesson please include all the facts. Slavery was happening inside Africa and the rest of the world. The BLM cause is becoming lost in this. It’s a class thing. To join the establishment you have to become one of them.

Yes, it was a great moment in modern British history...people who were there will tell their grandchildren. It should be lionised in song and ritual.

Did it teach how, African tribal leaders were complicit in taking Africans to slave forts, to be sold'? If the woke what to tear down monuments, start with the slave forts in Africa, where these tribal leaders took a continents people to put into bondage.

We need to revamp the whole nations knowledge of history in general. I know so much about 1066, Henry VIII, WW1 and WW2 from school yet everything else I had to learn on my own.
