China has advised its citizens to avoid travelling to Australia on the basis there has been a significant increase in racial attacks on "Chinese and Asian people". A statement issued by China's Ministry of Culture and Tourism claims the alleged attacks began in the aftermath of the coronavirus pandemic. Chinese students studying in Australia were the first to receive the warning. Deputy Prime Minister Michael McCormack has rejected any suggestion of racist attacks in Australia.

🤨If Australians hate the Chinese, then follow through and don't lie.

On the street, Chinese people were scolded for viruses, beaten by white boys and unable to fight back. If the counterattack police would repatriate the Chinese, these are facts. Is this the welcome of the Deputy Prime Minister?

Many friends have been discriminated against in Australia, saying they are viruses, and the discrimination against Chinese people in Australia can write ten books.

Hmmmm, I don't think Australians are really welcome in China anymore....do you?

Maybe notsomuch..........................Micheal

We don’t need to lower ourselves to answer to this nonsense M_McCormackMP

It is only way to welcome Chinese people- push down CCP FIREWALL and let Chinese people know the truth. Otherwise, nothing would work in China, no changes in future. Chinese people ate made to be deaf and Non- thinking brain excluding hardwork for money!

Our problem is with the CCP goverment that is trying its best to cripple our economy. All becouse we are seeking an inquiry into the biggest global event since WW2 that has killed hundreds of thousands of peolpe..?The chineese people are wel1come. Just not their goverment atm.

Nope, he's wrong

If we ban them, who will buy our real estate? Or fill our universities? So good call!

Only for a holiday or business. Then they go home

Unlike muslims, who add nothing to this country, Chinese people really are amazing. Funny, friendly and hardworking. You’re more than welcome in Australia.

The National Party who represents Farmers, Hmm BS

Morrison governments handling of relationship with China

By their choice we are no friend to the CCP. Well we are not even the gum on their shoe so they say! Wow, why are we still dealing with them? There are plenty of countries around the world who are far more friendly that we could enjoy a trade relationship with.

He was very consolatory to China. Most of us say stuff them.
