Opposition Leader Anthony Albanese fears the federal government's $688 million HomeBuilder program will not cover enough homes or create enough apprenticeships.

Mr Morrison told Brisbane radio station 4BC it was necessary to cap the renovations between $150,000 and $750,000 to avoid a situation where the grants could be taken advantage of and to ensure they were spent on major projects.Asked if the government was trying to avoid another “Pink Batts”, Mr Morrison said: “That is right, that is a big part of the reason”.
“We’re looking at the big renovations, so where people are making major structural changes,” he said.
So I want to make sure I understand this right, the returning passengers havent tested positive but are quarantined as a precaution right? If so, why do they add them to the case numbers now? Test them when they get out and add them then if positive.
