The University of the Philippines Diliman UPD has set up a quarantine facility in the gym.

In a Facebook post on Tuesday, June 2, on UPD’s official page, it was said that mini-tents with mattresses and beddings were in place since June 1 for “coronavirus disease patients and health workers who are awaiting the results of their secondary test.

Aside from the mini-tests, the facility reportedly also has toilet and shower amenities, water dispensers, washing machines, and hygiene kits. It can be recalled the UPD Palma hall a few weeks ago was converted into a quarantine facility for probable cases of COVID-19.
