The virus appears to be at different stages depending on where you live in the country. I believe the 'R Naught' is alot less in london than say it is in Gateshead so maybe it shouldn't be one rule for all schoold and let local councils decide how best to reopen in there area

Private schools have, by enlarge, already announced they'll be closed until September. One feels this is primarily down to the threat of litigation should staff or students fall ill. The government need to confirm who is legally liable when incidents arise in state schools?
