Public school system in NY is a joke. Kids have been passed for years without basic skills. Public should demand choice of schools for all kids. Shameful.

If you think schools are going back this fall your not understanding this virus. Parents be ready to have your kids at home for sometime could be 2021 before we try school again. Hopefully those 'non-failing' students will be tracked & held back if needed. They'll have colossal problems as they'll struggle meeting even more advanced learning expectations in higher grade levels & can't just be 'passed' until they graduate.
