The Trump administration says it's set to send states enough tests to screen at least 2% of their populations, airlines urge passengers to mask up, and Detroit car makers set May 18 as U.S.-factory restart day.

And property taxes will be refunded as well, correct?!?
Too tough where education is concerned? No wonder other countries are kicking our ass in education.
Right now, like in the present, leaders in board of education can be gathering like engineers to plan a way to maintain a healthy, educational transition in the event of another disruption. However, I'm conviced the systems too collectively lazy and would rather Google solve it.
Not shocking. Those who've been in an average classroom know that 'remote learning' is a total fantasy. Education is just a national babysitting service and most kids do as little actual work as possible. Homework is pointless, tests are dumbed down and parents don't care.
Seems a bit lazy on the districts, parents and teachers. Way to teach the children how to give up and quit.
i think the same..
Homeschool is too hard for people in the public school system? You don say?
So what .... most don’t teach that much anyway
So much for preparing our students for the digital economy. What have education boards been doing for the last decade anyway?
Do the taxpayers get a refund?
Not in China😭😭😭😭😭
Woo-hoooo!
I have 4 in school...it's a nightmare trying to figure out who's got video conference, what is due when... mountain of email hits every day ...
Proving that our leaders avoid hard work and hard decisions.
Lessons learned. Make it better next year.
Yes, it is very cumbersome. You just don;t transition in a couple of weeks. Online learning is its own, quite separate discipline, its an entirely different pedagogy that requires intense focus on each student's performance.
Smart. You can learn a lot by just living.
