The Primate of All Ireland has written to Stormont's Education Minister urging him to consider closing Northern Ireland's schools over coronavirus.
Sinn Féin Deputy First Minister Michelle O'Neill has said closures should happen immediately, but DUP First Minister Arlene Foster has insisted the evidence from UK health authorities makes clear it is not the right time for the measure. Seriously ! I work and my husband is self employed , 4 young kids , make other arrangements means ‘when I work my husband’s business is closed to mind kids , when I’m off there’s no salary,’and don’t qualify for short-term ! If we’re all in the same boat then I’m on the titanic !
