Vice Chancellor of Federal University Dutse , Jigawa State, Professor Fatima Batul Mukhtar has said that Zandam Abubakar Yakubu of the Department of Computer Science who scored 4.96 on a class of 5 in his 4-year degree programme has been adjudged the best graduating student.
