A 34-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after an Eritrean student was knocked unconscious and later died in hospital.He was taken to hospital, where he remained in a coma for two weeks. He died on 10 February.Simon, 33, had moved to the UK 12 years ago and was studying to become a doctor. He was on a gap year and had been due to continue his studies in Leeds. His family said he was a “gentle giant” who had “big dreams and aspirations”.
