Not all..but a lot of the families with kids on free lunches have lots and lots of extras like iPads-the best cell phone-some even in 60k cars. I’m sure the cuts are justified when school lunch cost between 1-4 dollars. I don’t want kids to go hungry but parents to be responsible
Wrong!!!! Do some fact checking!!! Schools are also eligible for CEP!! Which means free meals for ALL students regardless of economic status, etc. I have been in education for 25 years, School Nutrition Supervisor for two. Our entire district is FREE!
