Education Ministry to study PPSMI viability, present findings to cabinet

The Dual Language Programme gives schools the option to teach science and mathematics in English and as of January, nearly 3,000 schools have taken up the option. – The Malaysian Insight file pic, February 6, 2020.

THE Education Ministry will study Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad recommendation to teach science and mathematics in English . The ministry said in a statement that while it took the recommendation positively, it would table its study findings to the cabinet for a decision.
