FORMER education minister Mahdzir Khalid told the high court that he was under pressure from multiple quarters, including Rosmah Mansor, to award a solar hybrid project in Sarawak to a less-than-capable company. The 68-year-old Umno lawmaker said he was also pressured by Jepak Holdings Sdn Bhd managing director Saidi Abang Samsudin and Saidi’s business partner Rayyan Radzwill Abdullah, and was at one point told he did not have long to serve as a cabinet member.
