Elon Musk says he 'doesn't care' if employees graduated high school

Elon Musk says he thinks education comes second to actual skills. On Twitter he said he doesn't care if Tesla workers have a high school education. Instead he says understanding of AI and excellent coding skills are priorities.

Totally agree. Education has lost touch with the work place.

But was he the one doing the hiring ? Because someone else have other ideas.
