Custodian taking a $1 box of candy, automatically fired. Security officer or teacher hits student, paid leave for several weeks to months before anything happens. Sounds fair 🙄

I hope he wins, anyone would have mistaken a box of chocolate put into the custodial office as a gift , unless they generally stored that kind of thing in the custodial office
