Well, he PROBABLY paid for his actions, in more ways than the PUBLIC will ever realize! 12 year olds BELIEVE OTHERS COULD HAD/SHOULD HAD ‘PROTECTED’ them! And MOST people do NOT RECOGNIZE OR REALIZE 10-15YEAR OLDS ‘ESPECIALLY ‘NEED’ PROTECTION! WITHIN THEIR LACK OF COMMUNICATION
