For example, a complaint scenario many might find themselves in after the holidays is trying to return an unwanted gift without a receipt. I found the best way for consumer complaints isn't the web sites or phone info they give but right here on Twitter IN PUBLIC. I've received relies within a day and refunds 2x by going public.

My problem is that these people think their problems matter. So what's the problem?
